From the moment I stepped into their office Mark and his team took my "problems" and definetely treated me like they were dealing with their family I felt. They knew my car was older and recommended exactly what I needed without taking advantage of my situation. I truly truly appreciated that. Thank you all so much. I am a forever customer. Overall it has been an excellent experience! Fair prices, great customer support, and fast service! What I liked most was the communication updates from Mark on my vehicles. All good information on what actually was needed and the step by step. The best experience with a car shop I’ve ever had!

Our Cadillac was having issues with its breaking system. I called Mark, explained the situation and the urgency, and within two days, he took our car in and repaired the breaking system. Did a great job and was reasonably priced.

So glad to finally have found an honest auto repair shop. Never again will my truck go to a dealer. I was able to get my rear main seal, oil pan gasket and serpentine belt replaced at a fraction of the cost I was quoted by Stuart Ford. Thanks for the great job, you have a customer for life.

Every visit for service over the last at least 5 years has been a great experience. These guys know what they are doing, tell you what needs to be done and why then do it, on time and at a reasonable cost. And they are good people.
