A headlight was out in my Honda Odyssey. I called the crew at Stuart Brake & Auto Repair on Monday, they ordered the part so it was waiting there on Tuesday. A little over an hour later - the job was done, they had some insights as to a separate issue weird noise and an estimate to replace the belt causing it (I postponed that service for budgetary reason - they graciously understood). BTW - I did google the cost of that belt replacement - they were on the low end of the ranges I was seeing, so a fair price in my book. Efficient, courteous service and honest, reasonable prices. The awful grinding/squeaking/screeching indicated that I needed a brake job - fast! I called and spoke to Gary who described the possible scenarios and likely costs, depending on what was wrong. When I brought the car in the next day - he patiently and thoroughly explained what would need to be done. I received an emailed report of the 58 point inspection they did on my car, suggested (but not high pressured) regular maintenance that could be done, and a follow-up call to confirm I was ok with the repair and pricing. I asked that they include an oil change as well, as I was past due. Stuart Brake and Auto Repair did an excellent job, was competitively priced, advised me of possible coupon savings, and had my brakes repaired quickly and efficiently. This is the difference between taking your car in for an oil change somewhere random, and having a reliable team who services and maintains your car. I now have that with Gary and his team at Stuart Brake and Auto Repair.
