I was experiencing oil leaking from the head gaskets on my 2003 Toyota Avalon. I received an estimate from Nick that was extremely reasonable based on previous estimates as was the case when they replaced my struts previously so I dropped the car off. I received a call from Nick to inform me that as the mechanic was removing the radiator hose the radiator neck snapped obviously due to the cars age. He then advised me they were installing a new radiator with no charge to me at all. I couldn’t believe the integrity and above and the beyond customer service they provided me.
